Structural characteristics

1、The frame on both sides is welded by 8mm high-quality steel plate, and the middle is supported by section steel, which makes the structure stable.

2、The fiber enters the mixing box through the exhaust box, the photoelectric switch controls the storage amount of cotton, and brings it into the cotton conveyer through the horn nail curtain.

3、The Angle nail curtain is a high quality wood curtain rod, with leather curtain lining, Angle steel supporting curtain around, and rubber strips on both sides of the curtain. The input curtain and output curtain of the cotton box are non-slip leather curtains.

4、Photoelectric control of the cotton intake of the five-roll mixing machine and the storage of the mixing box, Angle nail curtain frequency conversion speed regulation.

5、The diameter of the cotton balancing roller and the cotton stripping roller is 280mm, driven by the motor at constant speed, and the spacing is adjustable to ensure the stability and uniformity of the cotton feed.
