Structural characteristics：

1、The speed of the feeding part is synchronized with the needling machine, the feeding device can be moved, and the clamping aluminum alloy curtain and the cotton net are uniformly transmitted simultaneously and separately.

2、The feeding roller is equipped with a mesh guide device, the diameter of the mesh guide roller is 200mm, and the spacing of the mesh guide is about 45mm. Motor power: 2.2Kw(frequency conversion speed regulation).

3、The frame of the whole machine is welded with high-quality steel plates and treated by stress relief. The structure is beautiful, the top is equipped with lifting earrings or holes, and the bottom vibration damping pad is used to eliminate vibration.
