HDS1115 SERIES FINE OPENER

This machine is used to further open and clean cotton and chemical fibers which were preliminarily opened.

Main Features

The machine is composed of upper chute unit, beater unit, grid bar adjusting unit and frame unit. Used in conjunction with the vertical fiber separator in the blowing process. The gill beater sepa-rates the dust through the combined action of the centrifugal force and the dust bar at a certain speed. The raw materials that have been fully opened and removed are sent to the next process, and the separated dust is sent to the dust filter system.
