HDS156 DE-DUSTING MACHINE

HDS156 dusting machine is suitable for various grades of raw cotton. It is used to discharge short lint and micro dust in the cleaning process to reduce yarn defects and improve yarn quality. After the fully opened fiber passes through the machine, some small impurities, dust and short lint can be removed. 

Main Features

The dust removal process is unique. After the fiber bundles collide with the curved mesh plate, they will fall in a free state to complete dust removal through the action of airflow. It has the characteristics of no damage to fibers, high dust removal efficiency, and flexible process flow. The unique mechanical adjustable inlet is used to directly distribute the fibers evenly into the machine, with reliable operation and low failure rate.
