HDS1173/1175 CHUTE FEEDER

This product is the connecting device between the carding machine and the blower unit. Its function is to feed the evenly loosened and mixed fibers into a uniform cotton layer to the carding machine to ensure the continuous and even cotton supply of the carding machine , realize the continuity of the blowing and carding process.

Main Features

∵ The upper chute feeder adopts four-sidedexhaust structure for large storage and stablesupply;

∵Feed rollers and opening rollers cover areeasy to open for convenient maintenance；

∵New sealing structure is adopted on the bothends of feeding roller and opening roller toeffectively prevent cotton blocking;

∵Feeding plate is pressurized by spring sothe fiber is hold elastically. Gauge betweenfeeding plate and feeding roller is automaticallyadjusted according to the layer thickness;

∵Double-sided breathable barrier is adoptedby the lower chute feeder for air discharge toensure the output uniformity of layer.

HDS1173/1175 Electrical control

HDS1173/1175 chute feeder adopts imported frequency converter to control the cotton feeding motor of the cotton box. here is no separate control cabinet, and the entire cotton box is controlled by the carding machine into the PLC centrally. There is no need to start and stop separately.
